Mom: Baby run over by train is 'doing fine'

- I'd like to judge and say it was the mother's fault but I'm a father of two and have done the same thing. I don't live around train tracks and have never taken my kids on a train, but the situation is the same anywhere. I'll say thank God for protecting that child.
